The staff at this hotel was excellent. The wi-fi connection was very good. The beds were amazing. The rooms were equipped with a fridge, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board. The hotel offered free breakfast. The views from the hotel were incredibly beautiful. The swimming pool was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, not far from the airport, malls, and Broadway/downtown.

Staff was polite and efficient; this property (and the area) was much nicer 'looking' than typical airport area hotels. The grounds were nice with trees and flowers; the gentle hills in the area and the hotels being set back from the streets and less visible helped you feel less 'at the airport'.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and reasonably clean, the staff are excellent, location is magnificent near everything. The room is functional and brand-new on the top floors, everything is nice. In addition to good breakfast, the excellent service is offered. Facilities are great, and there's shuttle to airport...

The room was recently renovated with new furniture and available on the top floors. A fridge, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board were nice touches. The staff was efficient and helpful, assisting us in getting a shuttle to the airport. The location was absolutely perfect, next to the airport, with a nice pool and close to a non-kid-friendly restaurant and other amenities.

Only place in Nashville that will let me stay at 20 years old!

The hotel was spacious and exemplary. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was satisfactory. The setting was really close to Opry Mills Mall and the airport, which was convenient. The onsite restaurant was delicious. I appreciated the excellent service, including the shuttle to downtown. The lobby had refreshing lemon water available.

We prefer to be completely comfortable and we were going to stay longer, which would have been great.

We thought breakfast was complimentary and it wasn't. Didn't find out until we ate.

Bedding was awesome.

There were no signs that the breakfast buffet was an additional charge and my wife was presented a surprise bill. We provided some feedback when we checked out and the person at the front desk just made did not care for our opinion. We were concerned that someone with a family may be shocked by a large bill. She had a very disappointing attitude.

They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also attentive and provided great service. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with convenient access to nearby restaurants. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from both the mall and downtown area.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints whatsoever.
